On February 4, Granada will host Valencia in the quarterfinals of the Spanish Cup.
Valencia continues to amaze. A week ago, the “bats” easily got rid of Barcelona (2:0), and on Saturday, they barely squeezed the “Celta” (1: 0), which goes in the relegation zone. The defense is the team’s problem spot, but a powerful attack saves “Valencia”. Statistics: Valencia scored in 21 of the last 22 matches in all tournaments, including the Champions League. The exception was the meeting of the Spanish Cup with “Leonesa” (victory in the penalty shootout).
On the one hand, Granada won three games in the last five matches (lost only to Barcelona and Sevilla). On the other, they barely defeated the last team of La Liga – Espanyol (2: 1). Moreover, Catalans created more shots on target and dominated on the field. The team of Diego Martinez scores not very often (only 27 goals in 22 matches of the championship), but stable: in the last ten matches, “Granada” has already scored 14 goals.
Both teams have problems in defense. Therefore it is logical to assume that the game will have many goals.
Our prediction: Both Teams to Score
